TRY THIS WORK AROUND for the MESSED UP FORUM

Try this work around for getting into the forum to read and post. It's still inconvenient but at least you're in and able to read/reply.

When you get that long list of catagories... do this:

1. Go to the very top of the PAGE. On the very TOP RIGHT of the page you will see SKIP to FOOTER. CLICK on that and then SCROLL UP about an inch or two and you should be in the forum. If you click on a forum topic and it again brings you to that long list of catagories, REPEAT the PROCESS and you will get back into the topic page you want.. It's what works for me. Hopefully it will work for you. This is how I was able to get here and POST this message. I was even able to edit it by doing the PROCESS.

Yes, @tansy shared this the other day and that's what I've been doing. It's better than the long scrolling. Surely wish the IT/web people would get it fixed once and for all. It's ridiculous.

Been doing this too. It's a pain to have to do this for every click you make. Whether it's reading pages of the same thread, going to new threads, or posting and editing threads, that's what works. Frustrating.

Another thing that helps a little is once you get to a topic don't click Next Message circled in red. Go directly to the post,circled in blue, it won't take you back to the wonky page. It doesn't help a lot but if you are interested in what has been posted by each person it avoids that extra step.

Still cant figure out how you discovered this genius solution, but am very grateful!

I cant even imagine what this apparent unfixable QVC business's IT problem is, esp 4 days & counting.

I cant even imagine QVC's lack of explanation/ETA, to their loyal QVC Customers .

I cant even imagine QVC attempting to try to sell in a TikTok age. Funny.

@Kachina624 As soon as that long page with all the catagories show up, you should see up in the right corner the BLUE HYPERLINK that says. "SKIP TO FOOTER". CLICK that LINK... then just SCROLL -UP or use you Mouse to GO UP about an inch or two. You should be right in the FORUM by doing that.
