Bothers me. The one where the cat liter box is in the kitchen and she has not cleaned it "for over 2 weeks".

I clean my kitten's box every day and it is in the basement!

Sorry, had to get that off my chest, lol.

Haven't seen that one, but they are all gross. My cats box got cleaned completely every day and "picked out" several times a day. It was in the bathroom unseen, but I knew it was there.

I clean the litter boxes daily as well, more if necessary. The box on the Febreze commercial must stink like the dickens. I guarantee you that the cat is NOT using the box, they are extremely sensitive to smells & if the box stinks that badly, the cat ain't using it! I wonder where that poor cat is doing it's business?

I noticed that, too, but I don't think those are real, random situations. I could be wrong, but I just assume they are staged.

they should call the human society on that woman... of course it is just a commercial.... besides that, I can not figure who would use Febreze anyway... it is toxic chemicals. All those air fresheners on the market are toxic in your home, car and laundry.

I haven't seen the commercial, but - yikes!

That stuff is so wretched. My husband brought it into the house one time. I said 'so, you've decided to kill the bird in one fell swoop, and me in a slow, painful death?'. Ok, it probably wouldn't kill ME, but it would make breathing extremely difficult. It would, however, kill the bird within a couple of hours. Sadly, I know of numerous people who have killed their birds with this stuff. I wish people would think.

Needless to say, he got rid of it and it never came back. I'm so grateful I saw him bring it in, before he used it in the house, so that it could be addressed and the bird didn't have to die.

I fell into the scented cleaner/candle/airfreshner trap years ago and I have HORRIBLE sinus issues to show for it.

NO more scents here, no perfume, no candles, no nothing!

The mean reason I don't have a cat is I live in a small apartment and have no place for a litter box. I told this to a work colleague and she told me she had two cats and keeps the litter box under the kitchen table.

Guurrrrl...I thought the same thing. I've been meaning to start a thread on this....wow. I saw the Vitamix in the background & immediately knew her 2-week old litter box was right next to the kitchen. And it looks like she could use a spritz or 2, as well. .
