Shop HQ can't make value pays

Any one know how you can contact this outfit ?

I tried to make a 'value pay' online wouldn't go thru.

Then , I tried to call in no answer. Just kept playing the music and going around and around.

Tried the email option just took you back to the main page.

Anybody else order and got thru to a human ?

They have had the same home page for over a week. I think they are gone completely. I expect to put in their website address and have nothing coming up. I guess there's no one available to update it.

I FINALLY got their value pay manager to accept payment. Now, says "pending". Never had so much

trouble trying to give my money away.

I was getting ready to accept they didn't want money and the 18kt gold bracelet is FREE !

I think the owner expected a faster return on investment and I don't think he liked the $$$ it cost to run a shopping channel so he cut his losses and closed it down. His big $$ came from 5-hour energy drinks. I'm sad about it, I loved several things they sold. I was a great Christopher and Banks buyer at one time, loved them for daily work clothes (I work from home) because they are inexpensiive but nice looking.

@We rescue cats Christopher and Banks has its own website. According to it, free shipping today only, no minimum.

@SharkE. What will you do if the bracelet is defective or never arrives? You're taking a big risk dealing with a company in this state. They obviously don't care if the customer is pleased or not.

I already got it back a month ago. It's beautiful.

I just want to be able to make my value pays.

I'm honest and appreciate no interest option and break it up into 5 payments, but, dang it's like pulling teeth.

I received an email about a week ago from SHOPHQ stating that effective immediately, if anyone had valuepays they would have to pay them off/make other arrangements. I think I still have the email if you would like me to post it here. I thought that was going to be a PITA for many people!!

since you cannot longer use their Shop HQ credit card. I went into my account on their website and put a new credit card in. Then I paid my balance off. Once that payment went through on my credit card I removed my card information.

Probably if your using their credit card. I'm not.

If I have to pay it all off , I will, just thought the pain could be doled out in little segments. LOL

@SharkE if you used your Shop HQ card to purchase something on Value Pay prior to mid-April, you will need to go online and change it to another credit card. The Shop HQ card is no longer being honored. They may not be honoring value pays on any credit card for new purchases now.

They had some nice sales going on, I had a few things in my cart and was about ready to order but then did not. . . coward that I am. Looked today and my cart is empty!

Gone. I believe the value pay option ended a couple weeks ago. Whenever it happened, it's over.

Discounts are about 70%, so paying full price isn't that bad, if you've found something special and really want to purchase it.

I think, though goodness knows it's cryptic, she was trying to make a payment on an existing Value Pay, not make a new purchase using value pay.

At this point, once you find a solution, I would pay all the remaining payments and be done with it. Call the number on the back of the credit card you used for the purchase.
