    <description>This is the final nail in QVCs coffin as far as I'm concerned. They have been deteriorating for years starting with discontinuing 24/7 live programming. The shipping time frames are ridiculous. Their prices are not particularly competitive. And multiple emails on item status is ridiculous. One email confirming that an order was received is sufficient. I can check order status on QVC website. And don't even get me started on hosts. I'll just say - you don't build yourself up by tearing others down. There's a reason why their revenues are down.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends if there is a way to return multiple items at the same time. That is the only cost effective way to return. Cost to return is based on package weight not the number of items in the package. I very rarely ever return a single item. I usually always return multiple in the same package, especially at Christmas time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will definately be purchasing less. I will have to be 100% sure an item won't need to be returned. Lots of times with the Q you can ask for an exchange, the item can be available and they still process as a return and charge the S&amp;amp;H.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be better off ordering from Amazon if the price is similar, in case it needs a return or exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can't be compared to Amazon - you don't need a printer for that, just a phone for QR code to show at dropoff and it is usually free returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hate it. &amp;nbsp;It's a pain, and Amazon is the worst as far as printing is concerned. &amp;nbsp;I hate having to print the label, and Amazon is hard to print for some reason on my computer. &amp;nbsp;Uses up expensive ink, then I have to tape it on. &amp;nbsp;That takes tons of tape to secure it properly, that's if I can find a box or bag. Ususally I order a few things at once, comes in a bigger box. I don't return &amp;nbsp;often, but I hate it. I can't ever remember Amazon enclosing labels. I can't drive right now. &amp;nbsp;So I have to wait for grand kids as I hate to give it to Whiney husband. I really wish Nordstrom would go back to their adhesive return labels. &amp;nbsp;But they have cheapened down like all other stores, and are having various vendors send items out. They don't keep much in warehouse anymore. &amp;nbsp;That's why the huge selection last several years. They have hundreds of vendors selling their items on Nordie site. &amp;nbsp;So item comes from vendor. &amp;nbsp;No gift wrap, box to gift wrap. &amp;nbsp;All the little touches are disappearing there as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I'm not happy with it.&amp;nbsp; I use the return label and bring to my local Parcel Place which is in my local shopping center.&amp;nbsp; There is a sign on their front door that they don't do QR codes.&amp;nbsp; I would have to go significantly further to find a place where I could drop off without a label.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I do have a printer though and we had unplugged it to be moved into&amp;nbsp;another room.&amp;nbsp; I will have to get my son to help set it up for me this weekend.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But when it comes to returns with Amazon, I never need to print anything, we just take it too Staples or the UPS store. I seldom return to QVC it is more difficult so I don't buy as often, actually for this reason.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
