My package from Macy's is being shipped via Veho Residential has any one ever heard of them? Thank you

Yes, Vitacost uses them in addition to other carriers. In the past year or so I have had 3 pkgs not delivered, it says on the Vitacost site they have been delivered but they are not. I have to get Vitacost to resend the order. I have asked them not to use Veho but they do. hope it goes well for you, they are deliverd by a driver in a private car.

@I am still oxox I have. VitaCost uses them for shipping g and I've never had any problems. They're better than some UPS drivers and better than FedEx. It is a private driver, but they're pretty good.

Effie, consider yourself very lucky, I have not had luck with them and I cringe when I see that my Vitacost is coming from them. They use individuals with their own cars, and I have had more trouble then they are worth. I also tried to contact Veho with my issues and never get any responses.

I don't know if it's VEHO, but I've had packages delivered by individuals using their own cars. They take a photo of the package at my door and I receive an email with the photo. All packages have arrived safely.

Veho takes no photos, at least not the drivers I have had.

They should take a photo to protect themselves against claims the package wasn't delivered.

No I haven't heard of them. But that doesn't mean much. I haven't ordered from Macys in a year I think. There certainly will be more competition coming. So much online ordering, maybe wil help UPS and the USPS move along. lol. The only time I have trouble with USPS is when QVC sends the pkg. when anyone else does I get pkg is 3-4days tops. Why is that???

I just received a package from Veho yesterday. I received a text alert when the package was left by the door with a photo. Never had a problem with them.
