I find myself getting so cynical on the before and after skincare demos. Many times I don't see a difference.

All the young pretties don't need it yet.

The older mature gals waited to long to start thinking about correcting measures. Would take more then

the usual products to make a difference.

@hopi And the Bread Man (truck) came through almost everyday...

My husband has a scar to this day from putting his hand in the wringer when he was a kid 😟

Most of those before and afters are a joke. The host is there gasping over what amounts to a minimal difference if there's any difference at all.

@hopi One of my grandfathers and a couple of my uncles were IceMen. They sold the ice.

It's the tricky lighting they they present....the before is usually darker, and model has no hair or make up done. .im saying even the slightest....where as the after...is well lit with light, which bounces off their skin giving the illusion of a glow...then pores, and lines are harder to see...but if you look hard enough they're still there. Look at their brows, and hair....sometimes those are touched up too. Annoys me, because it's dishonest.

It always looks to me like they add a little lighting to the after pick. Just enough that it looks like a soft glow but it sort of blurs away everything.

@hopi. I'm so old my mother had a washer with a wringer. We had a milk man while I was in high school.

I think pretty much any brand of cream you use regularly will soften wrinkles. Im' 82 and don't have any deep ones. Of course your genes has something to do with that and no smoking. Oh, and about wringer washers, my first one was. And I carried a pocketbook and wore dungarees. lol
