    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35541"&gt;@shoekitty&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;LOL....that is a very funny story!&amp;nbsp; As I mentioned, the return of the 2nd (unordered) printer was the "back breaker" as I have 31 steps up to my apartment and I've lived here for 25 years!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Even 25 years ago, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CARRY THAT PRINTER DOWNSTAIRS.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps I could have used a dolly to do it; however, I'm 25 yrs older now and would not ever attempt to do that chore myself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I'm sure that it was a one-shot mistake for you and you continued ordering.&amp;nbsp; For me, THAT'S IT!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I'm done with TV shopping as the hassle of RETURNING AN ITEM (as well as the expense) is simply unacceptable!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I buy items from HSN on a consistent basis.&amp;nbsp; Recently, I have run into A LOT OF AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;First of all, I frequently have to "uninstall" and then "re-install" the app because it refuses to accept my PW.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I made 3 recent purchases:&amp;nbsp; An HP Printer, Rhonda Shear AH BRAS, and Tarte Lipstick collection.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I received each of these items in a predictable manner.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;About 2 weeks ago, a LONG TIME after making those purchases, I opened my door and THERE WAS ANOTHER IDENTICAL PRINTER to the one I already purchased and received.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;About 2 days after that, I received 3 MORE AH BRA pkgs AND ANOTHER TARTE LIPSTICK COLLECTION!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;WOW!!&amp;nbsp; I called CS and was given some "mumbo-jumbo" about how I ordered, BLAH,BLAH,BLAH.&amp;nbsp; No, I had nothing in my cart, and NO I never ordered these additional items.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I asked about returning the 2nd printer because I physically am not capable of carrying down 31 steps to my car and taking it to the post office, and, NO, I have no one to help me.&amp;nbsp; UPS charged me $25 to come to my door to ship the 2nd printer back!!&amp;nbsp; I called CS again and the best they could do is give me $10 spendable kash! The refund was issued after I had to call several times.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I was able to easily return the additional bras and lipsticks and was given a refund, but they still charged me for the return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Last, I ordered a Hallmark card making kit for almost $30.&amp;nbsp; There WAS NO PACKING SLIP INSIDE so now I have to personally send it back to the vendor and hope I receive my refund that way.&amp;nbsp; I may add that the kit was created in 2022 so the software is outdated and comes with a TRIAL software DOWNLOAD so I assume that after the "trial" expires I'd be CHARGED for keeping the outdated software.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;A LOT OF HASSLE!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Needless to say, I won't be ordering from HSN at least until the time they've successfully integrated their staff and operations into the QVC PA location.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;First, did you check your account to see how many items were on your order?&amp;nbsp; Could you have signed in twice and placed two orders thinking your PW wasn’t working?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;I think I'd get the name of HSN president and write a letter; it should be in Google.&amp;nbsp; You could also do a protest with your CC company.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;The fact that the orders arrived days apart is suspicious.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck writing to anyone at HSN and expecting a result.&amp;nbsp; I ran into that years ago and didn't even get an acknowledgement, even though I paid to have the letter sent Certified Mail, Signature Required.&amp;nbsp; So I know it got there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMO, they could not care less.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just about to contact them about an item I just received that's clearly defective.&amp;nbsp; No return label (an electronic item), just a set of instructions on options of how to return - at my expense.&amp;nbsp; I should've learned my lesson years ago, but I think this time I have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If no packing slip all you had to do was go to your purchase and print out a refund request. Somethings are sent directly from the vendor not QVC or HSN. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Doesnt matter where you shop , customer service has been lacking since Covid. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i notice now that they state if no printer they send you one of those QR labels. &amp;nbsp;You just save it to your phone and show the shipper and they read it and print it out at UPS OR USPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to call them to get a return label at no charge to you.&amp;nbsp; I recently needed to return an item.&amp;nbsp; The return label was blank.&amp;nbsp; So. I called them and they sent me another one to print.&amp;nbsp; No problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I tracked it back to whereever it was to go and kept waiting on the refund and ended up having to call them.&amp;nbsp; At first they told me they hadn't received it, but I begged to differ since I had the tacking information.&amp;nbsp; Then, they told me exactly what the tracking said, which I said was correct, and then refunded me on the spot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I won't shop on an app no matter how they try to tempt me.&amp;nbsp; I hate the phone interface.&amp;nbsp; Anything really important, especially when it comes to money, is not done on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I saw the invoice when the ORIGINAL items were received...1,1 and 1&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;When I referred to uninstalling and re-installing the app I didn't necessarily mean in conjunction with those orders.&amp;nbsp; I just meant "in general."&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;The timing of the duplicate orders was the most aggravating because the arrival of all 3 were weeks after I made the original orders.&amp;nbsp; The dup orders had the multiple bra sets and 1 lipstick order on the invoice.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I absorbed the extra shipping and return costs&amp;nbsp; because I am DONE with the subject and won't be ordering from them again in the near future.&amp;nbsp; I'll return the Hallmark card kit and THAT'S THAT!&amp;nbsp; The CS rep said if I had any trouble collecting the refund from the vendor, call THEM and be sure to keep a receipt from the P.O.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Finally, the CS staff from HSN were uniformally responsive (although they couldn't really help me), admitted that similar "glitches" existed in their "system" and said I wasn't the only one this happened to recently.&amp;nbsp; Each rep was courteous and did try to help.&amp;nbsp; Very satisfied with HSN customer service; however, they can do very little.&amp;nbsp; The END&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202880"&gt;@pdlinda&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Your experience of being told you had to send an item back to the vendor, sounds exactly like what happened to me once (years ago), when I ordered Tracfones from HSN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said on air repeatedly that they would work in my area (CDMA); to check the Tracfone link by entering the zip code to confirm it, which I did.&amp;nbsp; At the time our area did not support GSM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, they did not work here (phones were GSM) and, when I contacted HSN, they said I had to send them back to the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;vendor&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; at my own expense, despite the fact they did not work.&amp;nbsp; At the time, the only way to ship them (because of the batteries) was via UPS; the Post Office wouldn't accept them.&amp;nbsp; It cost me nearly $16.&amp;nbsp; HSN wouldn't budge on the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never ordered phones from HSN again.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't believe they would use such nonsense to get out of providing a prepaid label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They may have changed their policies in recent years but, once burned...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(And after the fiasco with them sending me the wrong item and sending it back to me over and over - hence the Certified Letter - I didn't shop with them for many years.&amp;nbsp; Now I limit HSN purchases to very few and far between.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

EACH ITEM carried a SEPARATE S&amp;amp;H CHARGE!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Can you IMAGINE?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;According to CS each was reversed as the credit was issued.&amp;nbsp; It didn't clear my bank as yet so we'll see...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Also, I have concluded that the financial difficulties that Querate is currently experiencing has led to certain defects in their IT operations. Any way they can "nickel and dime" the customer, they do to save a few $$$. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Who Knows??&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;In any event, HSN lost a great customer, ME!!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I always use as examples of companies where I spend A LOT OF $$ (much more than HSN) treating me with KID GLOVES.&amp;nbsp; They would be COSTCO AND AMAZON!&amp;nbsp; When I come back with a return (rarely) Practically before I voice my issue BOTH those companies interrupt and say: "How can we make it right? No questions asked!!"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Maybe that why they're doing better than HSN is at the moment!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Checked my account and this wasn't showing on my account.&amp;nbsp; Called C/S again.&amp;nbsp; This time I found out I had two accounts.&amp;nbsp; (Years ago due to an IT error my original account got messed up:&amp;nbsp; HSN was unable to fix it so they gave me a new account.&amp;nbsp; Again, years later they messed up again and autoship orders were charged to my original account.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="3"&gt;The rep straigthened everything out as faras orders go, but still cannot order online. So I no longer deal with HSN.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="3"&gt;By the way, I returned the item sent in error (a bottle of Korres bodywash).&amp;nbsp; And, I hope QVC picks up Andrew Lessman 'cause I hear he's got something new out for dogs and I've always been satisfied with his products.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="3"&gt;Imho their IT department functions like 'The Three Stooges'....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then I found out it was the 2022 version AND the software download is ONLY A "TRIAL"...then I realized there was no packing slip in the padded mailer in which it was sent...I added up all the costs of RETURNING THE ITEM (it was going to the vendor, not HSN, INCLUDING buying a new mailer, postage, HSN return charge and the thought of the POSSIBLE HASSLE of getting the refund from the vendor, and decided to KEEP THE DARN THING!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I'll give it to my granddaughter who's 10 y.o.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

BUT, most of the time, when I contact HSN, I'm treated very well and the problem is resolved (almost as good with QVC).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will only report problems over the phone. For those who are not good at staying calm, not a good communicator, etc. this might be hard. But it is the best way to communicate problems and concerns and be understood.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I forgot about it during the holidays and checked back in Jan. Well, refund was never given. I called CS and she got all the needed info and i got my refund. HSN has needs to e-mail that they rec'd item and refund is coming. Even checking the acct. page for refunds is lacking. I have always had good luck with QVC's returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
