Online Graphics for products

I noticed the other day that the Product Description and Item Number are no longer on the screen for online(computer) viewing or the app but are on screen for TV viewing.

I have to scroll down to see the item #, price and description. Is this forever or a glich? Anybody know.

On my app, item number is at the very top center. Price is on screen below the photo. Scroll down for description.

edit: unless you mean live streaming, which I don't do.

@grandma2pkmh. They're both where they always been. It sounds like your TV is out of adjustment.

@Kachina624 My TV is fine, shows the graphics on the screen. When I watch on my computer there are no graphics on the screen. I have cleared cookies, history etc but doesn't help. Using Chrome but also checked Edge also.

@grandma2pkmhYou're not telling us exactly what page you are looking at.

Are you watching the QVC Live Stream? The live feed on the QVC website does not have the L-screen graphic. It's been that way since around 2016. All you get is QVCHD 16:9 with no graphics and no rewind function. You need to watch the QVC Live Stream on YouTube, where you can rewind 12 hours back, or Facebook, where each hour is archived, to see the L-screen graphic.

@Pyrite2616 I guess I'm just not explaining it correctly. Up until maybe 2 days ago I had no issues. I'm on my computer using the forums. On the top there is Shop, Watch and Items on Air, the word "Watch" with a down arrow to pull up the options this is what I use. The 3rd option is Watch QVC TV. This is the option I have always used.

I get a totally clear picture of the item being shown the same as the what is on the TV except there are no graphics on the screen giving the Item #, description of the item or price.

If this still isn't clear I give up.

My laptop doesn't show the graphics either on live TV. Not sure how long this has been going on b/c I watch Q live on my TV and not on my laptop.

@grandma2pkmhThat is what is assumed you meant and I already gave you the answer. If you want to see the L-screen graphic you need to watch QVC Live Stream on YouTube or Facebook.

I have the same problem on my Mac, regardless of browser- no description or price. Just happened a couple of days ago.

When I watch QVC Live by choosing it in the dropdown, I do not get the graphic either. It is not a new thing for me to not get a graphic.

If I see the live viewing that is automatic on the main page, then it will have the graphic.

@grandma2pkmh Not sure if this is what you are referring to but I haven't had graphics on my screen when watching Live for months if not a year.
