I saw the selfie he posted just hours after the murders still wet from a shower, in front of the shower curtain, giving a thumbs up with that eerie, creepy, smile. Not exactly a good look.

@goldensrbest The trial date has been set for some time now. Jury selection is to begin on July 30 and the trial will begin on August 11.

This is my understanding.

The news about the knife purchase from Amazon was old news and had been revealed soon after he was named a person of interest.

The actual murder weapon has not been found.

The trial will be filmed and broadcast by the court and live-streamed on the judge's YouTube channel. I would not be surprised if CourtTV and Law&Crime network are permitted to utilize their broadcast.

I believe the comments about Autism have come from the family and defense. Has any medical documentation been offered if true? But then, hasn't it also been suggested that each of us falls somewhere on the Autism Spectrum?

While the knife wasn't found at the scene, the knife's sheath was and it contained his DNA.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...the defense will say it was planted. How someone would know to plant the DNA of the person repeatedly circling the home that night, with his phone pinging in that area would be quite the coincidence.

@Etoile308 And of course the defense is trying to keep the purchase of the knife sheath, knife and sharpener by Kohberger out the evidence at the trial. That's their job but I doubt that it will work. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if at the last minute the defense tries to strike a plea deal.

From news reports, authorities have some kind of info that Bryan Kohberger had or was in the process of buying another one of those knives .

Again if the surviving room mate had contacted 911 sooner rather than texting her friends , maybe there would be more proof or one of the victims may have been alive to give info on the killer . Stupid girls ...

I read that he was clicking on Amazon looking at knives and knife sheaths after the murders. I wonder why? No I don't. Also Kaylee's father said during an interview that there was no way that any of the victims survived the attacks long enough to have been saved even if help had been called sooner, I believe him because he spoke to the medical examiner.

The surviving roommates are also victims. Someone broke into their home and committed savage acts of violence.

I have no doubt they are suffering with their own survivors' guilt and other unseen scars. I would never want to compound their suffering by questioning their actions that night.

I question the roommates behavior. They couldn't get a response from three of their other roommates for hours.

Neither room was locked but they didn't open their doors. Why?

During that time they came up with their story, leaving out something. Nothing they did was reasonable.
