Kerstin's new path

I'm curious how people think about her new path of faith and health? I'm not inspired by most of the guests she's interviewing. I've listend to a few..and passed on things like interviewing her 15 yr old daughter. It seems that most guests are just pittchg their own book or podcast. And most of her health info is nothing more than reposting things I've already seen on the. internet. I admit I'm not a fan of her style--it seems very much self-centered to me. A lot of her sentences start with "I"...her figure, her habits, her 3000 sq ft home, her pool, etc. And when I heard her proclaim herself to be a high peerforming Chrstian that was a turn off for me. I know she's in it for the money--like so many other online faith "leaders". It's her job. Butt honestly, I'll take Mary Beth's form of humble fath shown in her gentle spirit and approach over the "look at how godly and healthy and rich I am" faith that Kerstin seems to want to push out.

Probably a good idea is for some of us to move on......

I only somewhat follow one person's 1/2 hour sermon on TV each Sunday. (Not L.E., and I've never heard of him, his name, etc.)

Always rather positive thinking, so far.

Some sermons are better than others.....

It's all a matter of preference.

I would NEVER judge another person's faith. We all fall short of the glory of God. I am just another sinner who loves the Lord and proclaims Jesus Christ as my savior and try not to judge other people's faith or lack thereof.

Always felt Kerstin was as phony as a $2 bill. Would never take any faith or health advice from her. It's so obvious to me that she is all about herself.

My mom always told me if you have nothing good to say about someone then don't say anything at all....I'll leave it at that.

A discussion of faith, regardless of which type, is an instant turn-off for me. I just don't want to hear about it. One mention of the word and I'm gone.

Kirsten is more than a little arrogant...always was.

In July on her Facebook page she posted about how she spent an "evening of faith" with Lou Engle. She even brought her daughter to listen to this person. I stopped following her after that.

When someone shows you who they are....BELIEVE THEM.

I find it sad that she would expose her daughter to Engle's teachings on intolerance and hate.

People can believe or worship anything they want, up to and including purple aliens or green leprechauns.

DO NOT force your religion or beliefs on anyone else. When that happens, it becomes a huge problem.

@JudyL. There ARE $2 bills, lol. I collect them. I think you meant $3, as those would be phony, like Kerstin. I never cared for her. I won’t judge her faith. But any truly faithful woman that I know does not take any and all opportunities to show off their body. I think she is going to have a tough go of it. She may regret giving up her high paying job. I rarely listen to podcasts. From the comments, it does not sound like she has anything original or credible to offer.

I don't listen to Kerstin, don't miss her, don't know what she's doing, never cared much for her.

But when did sharing become forcing? All kinds of people have podcasts promoting what they're passionate about. Others with similar viewpoints will tune in. Everyone else can move along. So how can someone be offended by something if they aren't listening to someone who believes contrary to them in the first place? 🤷‍♀️

Impossible to go into depth here about forcing one's beliefs on others.

When people of a certain mindset get into the political arena, they think their beliefs are the only acceptable and should be forced onto others.

When that happens, it takes rights away and deems their beliefs to be wrong.

That is not acceptable.

@JudyL ....a little off subject - but in case you didn't know, $2 bills are in fact - 'real', originally printed in 1862 and still in circulation today. I have a few myself.

I agree with @JeanLouiseFinch. Am no fan of KL and won't watch her, but not offended by her podcast or whatever she's doing. Just don't watch or listen to her if you don't agree with her, but she's free to say what she wants.

We all have a choice as to what we believe. I do have Christian beliefs. I don't believe in forcing them down anyone's throat nor do I want anyone to try forcing theirs down mine.

I think Mary Beth loves people whether they agree with her or not. I don't know much about Kerstin but I have read

about some of her religions beliefs and many of them I don't agree with. It is, how-ever still her choice. We all live by our choices don't we?
