      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I am returning an item to Amazon...I don't understand how I can show a QR code to the clerk at a UPS location (my local CVS &amp;nbsp;store) and the item will be returned properly...I was told I need no label on the package! &amp;nbsp;My store does not print out labels.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I don't buy much from Amazon so I guess I don't undestand the process.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If they truly do not have a hand scanner and printer at the counter (and are you certain they don't?) then you might have to take it to either a UPS storefront or a post office.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have a UPS store near me and I take my returns there, unlabelled, show them the email from QVC with the code, they scan it and the label is on the package in less time than it took me to type this.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I take the item, show the clerk the email that has the scan code in it and they scan it, by the time I get to the car I have a receipt notification in my email and usually have a credit receipt within an hour or two.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I just did this very thing on Feb 3rd.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Amazon customer service texted me a QR code.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded it to my photos for easy callup.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;At my UPS Store I handed them the box, showed them the QR code and they asked if I wanted a receipt (of course!!)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;and I was in and out in about 4 minutes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;No muss, fuss or labels involved!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, do you have a tablet you can bring?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You don't need to print anything as long as you can open your Amazon return order page, or an Amazon email. It should contain a QR code that gets scanned at places like UPS stores, Kohl's, and Whole Foods. Someone also mentioned Staples but I've never gone there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps. I know doing something for the first time can be confusing if not comfortable with some internet transactions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
