Posting this here: Very odd issue yesterday with the HSN TS.

i purchased it in the morning and they charged shipping fee, which I paid.

Then, around noon, I noticed it was Free Shipping ( I did call, and CS was unable to credit me, but did give me "HSNspendable cash" ( store credit). Be aware...

Then, later in the day, the Shipping charge returned on the TS-

WHAT A MESS OVER THERE, Either there's a charge or not, don't keep changing it!

I tried to email them, but there no way to do it-

QVC plays the free shipping game also. Many times they offer it only during ITKWD's show or SMQ.

I ordered 2 items two days ago on HSN that are still in process, so I called about the free shipping. CS was very nice and said it applies to anything ordered today, but she would credit me with the free shipping. That amounts to 7.00.

I wasn't going to call, but thought, if you don't try, you don't get.

both items i ordered late yesterday came up free shipping no problems -- don't know why I ordered the TS (on a whim🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️) I'll gift it to my niece as I don't need another Curtis Stone pot!

@LindaSal Yes! I do remember specifically for a SMQ Halloween Edition show -- they had Free Shipping just for that show. They wanted to celebrate that specific, now annual, show. It was either last year or the year before,

I cannot rememebr other times QBVC has done this, but they probably have -- probably in one of David's ITKWD show.
