BOMBAS SOCKS

I have quite a few pairs that were gifted to me by a relative. (Thank you!)

I was at first hesitant to use them because of the "care instructions" which said something like wash on gentle, air dry, etc. I said nuts to that. I've always washed them on warm/cold normal cycle and dry on medium and they are in perfect condition.

I would love to try these socks. I have a large, or athletic, calf. Are the socks tight in the ankles and calf?

I have the ankle ones and like them but they are a bit tight as there's a mark on my skin when I take them off. Still better quality than any other sock I've had.

@Mz iMac I remember that too. He made a good deal with them. They've donated millions of items to the homeless and millions of $$ to charity.

I would try them but frankly I want to decide whom to and when I make donations. I don’t want to overpay for a pair of socks so that a company can make donations they want to.

I didn't care for Bombas at all. Way too tight. Got rid of them.

Size up on Bombas unless you have a small foot/ankle. I like them a lot.

Love my Bombas. Have the regular and the Merino wool. Soft and warm.

@Love my grandkids Yes! That's the only brand of socks that I wear. Gee....I never read the washing instructions. I washed and dried them like I've always done for my socks and they come out just fine. They're so comfortable!

@JeanLouiseFinch @They're a little snug. They have a lot of elastic in them and they keep their shape well. I've never purchased anything other than the ankle socks, and they fit fine.

I've been wanting to try a pair of Bombas, but have been hesitant to pay $30 or so for a pair of socks I'll wear around the house.

Didn't know they donate to whomever. That explains the high cost.

DH wears them, says when these wear out, he won't buy more. No difference from cheaper brands.

I bought a pair about a year ago and they developed holes fairly quickly for as expensive as they were.

@Sunshine Kate I believe their commercials state that for every pair of socks they sell, they donate a pair. Well who is paying for that donated pair? They have to cover that cost somehow.

@Puppy Lips ME TOO! I am so tired of companies thinking they know better than we do where to spend charity money! Give me a better price and product and let ME spend MY money on the charity that I think is doing a good job. And, they get MY tax break too!

I am tired of them spending my money for me. Sell me a product and stick to business.
