      <title>Help with Amazon</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="5" color="#003366"&gt;Changed our phone number. It was the one on Amazon account. So when I went to log in with the 2 step verification of course I&amp;nbsp; could not get in, since they could not text the code.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="5" color="#003366"&gt;Sooo I called Amazon Customer Service and they said they would help.. and would take off the 2 step thing within 72 hours.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="5" color="#003366"&gt;It has been far longer than that now and NOTHING.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="5" color="#003366"&gt;Would you contact them again OR just make a new Amazon Account??&lt;img id="catsad" class="emoticon emoticon-catsad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_cat-sad.png" alt="Cat Sad" title="Cat Sad" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;When I retired I forgot to take my work email and phone number off of amazon.&amp;nbsp; I was able to logon for years but suddenly it was an issue.&amp;nbsp; I was going to just open a new account but my husband didn't want to lose our history of past purchases.&amp;nbsp; I called and they were very helpful.&amp;nbsp; They fixed the issue while I was on the phone with them.&amp;nbsp; I would as it to be fixed while you speak to them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
