A refund had already been issued.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I had 2 other returns. I received credit back 1 week apart on those. Both were shipped back on the same day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you have the tracking number you can check?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has been my experience with Amazon returns that if you return unboxed, your item is grouped with other returns going to Amazon. Therefore, it takes longer to process since items have to be sorted before issuing credits. For this reason I always rebox return items myself and use the return label provided online. I would give it another week before being alarmed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe it shows there and you overlooked the email. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise have a CSA call you and explain it to them. &amp;nbsp;They're usually pretty helpful. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
