On TV in general:

As long as they aren't coughing and coughing, which is a distraction.

Same as while in church or at a meeting.

Appears some virus is taking its rounds at QVC. I recall one year at the high scholl I taught at ( before Covid) 75 % of 200 plus teachers were out and the district had to shut down the HS. Viruses are highly contagious and can get pretty nasty, my hubby died from a virus and he was a healthy man in his early 60's. Hope everyone gets well soon.

Neither Amy or Shawn were on last night. Amy was sick last week, came back to work and is out again.

Shawn kicked off Pom Pom London’s TSV, Successfully might I add! And said she would be back in the evening but wasn’t. Pom Pom London had such an Awesome TSV that they were SOLD OUT but one color by 3 pm.

Even though I missed both of them, Pat D did a Fantastic job last night! Great choice QVC for a fill in host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HIPAA refers to "covered entities"

Covered entities are, generally, health care clearinghouses, employer-sponsored health plans, health insurers, and medical service providers that engage in certain transactions.

There's always been lots of misunderstanding here about it. Yes, some of us have indeed heard of HIPAA, some not so much.

Posters can chat about ill television hosts all they like without fear of HIPAA violations!

Talking about who's out of work due to a bug on a chat board is not a violation of HIPAA.
