Top Cash Back

or anyone else that may know the answer.

Trying to make a purchase at HSN using Top Cash Back, Retailmenot, Rakuten, Mr. Rebates. None are working.

It shows this hsn dot uqhv dot net instead of opening HSN.

Do you know what the problem would be?

I just tried going through TopCashback for HSN and it worked fine. Maybe sign out of the rebate site and open it again.

Hi, I just saw your post. I tried logging into HSN using all the sites you mentioned, I had no trouble with any of them, I use Chrome. I also noted that RetailMeNot does not offer any cash back right now from HSN. The issue must be on your end. I really wish I could help you, but nothing comes to my mind except your browser. Keep me posted.

I searched on Google & it does say that's an HSN website. Another listed something about Level Blue & Open Threat Exchange. Says Learh about Cyber Threats.

I have no clue what's going on last night or today.

I already did that. I also shut down my computer. I also cleared my cookies etc.

This is not the first time this has happened. Just wish I knew what causes it.

I use Chrome too. It's updated.

Retailmenot had cash back last night. Today what is listed is different.

If the issue is on my end I wish I knew what it was so I could fix it.

I can go to HSN not using a rebate site but I won't get my rebate that way?

I have never seen any posts with anyone asking about this. It can't be just happening to me.

You can try writing to the rebate sites CS and ask them for advice.

Have you tried deleting your browser data? That has helped me. Also, before going to the site close all your browser windows and go from the cashback site. Make your choice and click on it. That is my suggestion.

@Nightowlz. Be sure the site you're using for hsn, says "official site". Sometimes imposters sneak in under a site's name.

i used topcashback today for both hsn and qvc. no issues at all and it is already showing as pending cash back. i am using a laptop and the edge browser.

Try a different browser.

Use a different device.

Anti-spyware/anti-malware software installed on your device could be causing the issue and you need to allow the HSN domain to be accessed by that softare.

I have cleaned cookies etc. I shut down my computer & restarted it.

I tried Top Cash Back, Retailmenot, Mr. Rebates & Rakuten. None would work for me. I usually use the sites with no issues. Every once in a while it does this. It's so annoying. If I knew what was causing it I would fix it.

I tried Chrome & Firefox. I tried my computer, phone & DH's laptop.

Tried Firefox. Tried 2 computers & my phone.

I told DH it's probably Malwarebytes or the Firewall.

I told DH to remove Chrome App from the Firewall & reinstall it.

Last time it happened I used my phone. It won't work this time.

DH hooked up Hotspot on his phone which is working.
