I'm home and okay withthat. I don't mind it at all. I am retired but I am recently widowed. That part I am getting accustomed to but being home is nice.

It's been 2 years since my husband passed away and I'm still trying to get used to being alone. Have no family so it's just me.

I am very content being home. Maybe because I work in the public I am happy not being around them when I am off. As Dorothy said "there's no place like home."

with all the health issues and doctor visits with my mom being ill, my son illness, my grands personal stuff, politics, and surviving 2 hurricanes, all I want to do is try and change things up in my head and create for me a safe place because head stuff can really take someone out.. home and deep breaths is the way for me. Sorry that I got too heavy with this.

As for my home, anytime I leave it.....I wonder why I did and I can't wait to get back to it! haha

It's good to talk about things. Good that you're looking for a reset on things after several issues in a row.

Recently read that ruminating on things can hinder us, so that's good you're looking to change up things.

Even running errands, change up a routine, can help.

I'm pretty much a home body! I spend the majority of my time at home with DH. We thankfully enjoy each other's company. I do like to get out of the house occasonally just to shop. I get annoyed often with other people's rude behavior. Is it because I am getting older? I don't know, but I feel safer and more comfortable at home!

@arrabella and @Puzzle Piece I am so sorry for the losses of your husbands. I can only imagine the emptiness. My brother passed away a little over a year ago and my sister in law shares with me her loneliness and my heart breaks for her.

I am retired , widow and a home body , I enjoy being alone and just being home . I am an introvert , but I do enjoy some company some time .
