Walmart annual membership plan is 50% off until 12/2. That makes it $49. The deal is available for "new, expired, monthly, and current Walmart+ trial members." You can get more info on the Walmart homepage's upper left corner. Seems like quite a few perks that come with this plan.

for me it would be the free shipping.

The Walmart nearest me is not my favorite drive and the store is not a favorite place I like to go.
Its dirty

the traffic is horrible

But I tried very reasonably priced jogger-type sweat pants and they fit so well I ordered several more.

When I figured out what I had paid for shipping, realized I had paid the equivalent of the cost of the plan already!

I also want to check out obtaining medications there too because when I type in my ned on on Gold RX Walmart is always the cheapest!

I do as well @pinkcrystal

this is my 2nd year....I did the trial and then renewed at full price.

I use the Buy Now feature all the time! No min, free shipping, NO tipping! Doesn't apply to every item....but many. Usually comes same day if not next.

Everything else is delivered from the store...you can select your time...OR you can do curbside pick up....

You get Paramount+ for free, discounts on fuel, Burger King....I can't remember what else.

I think this is my second year also, I LOVE the free shipping and a lot of it is faster shipping than Amazon also!

My DD has Amz Prime @pinkcrystal

It takes 2-4 days. However, they are finally building a warehouse close to us.

I have only needed to return 2 things to Walmart and they just credited me and said keep it.

I always make sure I can return the item to the store (which is pretty close)

They do use 3rd Party vendors, just like Amz so I am careful.

For weeks now, I have been stocking all my pantry items for Thanksgiving. I am serving 30 on the Holiday and then hosting a Funeral Memorial Dinner on Friday.

The conveniece is a God-send!!!

It's a good deal with free grocery and shipping delivery, free Paramont+ streaming, discounts on gas and Burger King.

@JanetsGirl thank you for posting this. I actually just bought a membership after seeing this and reading more about it. Very happy to have access to Paramount+, too. It's a really good deal.

I have several Walmart stores near me, all are neat and in safe areas. So I prefer going to the store.

I order from Amazon regularly and many times I order in the morning and Amazon delivers the same afternoon.

I don't go into the Walmart store that is 10 min away from me, but I have purchased a few things online. Recently I purchased something that I was not satisfied with and went online to request a return for a refund, the instructions were very simple, they emailed a return authorization to take to the nearest Walmart, the store closest to me opens from 6:00a - 11:00p, I was at Customer Service at 8:00a with my return item and the authorization code. The transaction was simple and fast. When I got home, Walmart had emailed and acknowledged the return, a refund has been processed and to expect within 5 business days. I was very impressed with their return procedure so simple like Amazon returns.

Just thought I'd give a shout out on Walmart's online purchases/returns.

I have been going back and forth with this for a while.

My Paramount Plus just ended this month and I have been debating doing this instead for an obviously cheaper price and more perks with Walmart included.

My Walmart is right up the street so I wouldn't be into the delivery so much, but it's a nice perk since I don't have Prime if I needed it.

Wondering if it's worth it or not if you have a store close by.

Isn't there something about shopping in store too? My Walmart has dedicated registers for plus people. Never see anyone there, but isn't there an in store something you get? I don't see any info on that on the Walmart plus page.

I wish I could answer you for certain....but last year CBS was fighting w/ DirecTV (total blackout), we were able to watch all the Bills games on Paramont +

I have watched other games on it that otherwise were not available to me.

I can't say how many or all games......to be honest, I am the biggest dunce on the planet when it comes to this streaming stuff.

Changing the TV, getting the right remote, click here, password there....My DD and DH do it for me. SMH, I really need to pay attention and learn.

We have the NFL channel w/ our DirecTV. They replay many games all the next week and I tape them.

Okay, I looked at their site.

Hard to believe WM is doing this. The WM near me has their customers check out their own groceries and WM gives no discount whatsoever. WM fires their old cashiers and has paying customers do the checkout for free. (What a deal for WM.)

Now WM has a membership deal, $100 and $49 for seniors so they can check out their own groceries on WM's app that uses my cellphone's memory. No thanks!

They have a few other nonsense incentives to sign up.

This is not a deal for me. Bet WM is laughing all the way to the bank!!

@monicakm Paramount Plus (which comes with Walmart Plus) is essentially CBS' streaming service.

Anything you get on CBS or they have license for like NFL games will be available on Paramount Plus either live or shortly thereafter.
