It Is So Gorgeous Here In NE PA.

It is sunny and near 70 today. A gift for the beginning of November in NE PA.

That said, I know we could be shin deep in snow anytime now.

DD is on vacation this week, she lucked out weather wise. The last time she took time of it rained the whole time.

We went to vote and then ran errands. Tomorrow we both have eye Dr. appointments in the morning and then we are taking a trip to central PA to our favorite deli/meat market to stock up on some things. I guess it is to be 70ish again but with a chance for showers. Still should be a nice drive.

How is your November weather so far?

The weather is wonderful here in south central PA too. I am just loving it

It was a good day to power wash the front porch and the kitchen trash can....and my DH washed my car.

It's cold this morning in the desert SW, 41° at my house near Albuquerque at 11:45am. We're under a winter storm watch for the rest of the week after today. Big storm coming. Crazy we get it while you're high and dry @CrazyKittyLvr2 .

Southern WV has enjoyed great weather going into November; nearly 80 on Sunday, mid 70's yesterday, but one quick dry drizzle this morning cooled us down into the mid to lower 60's, and we stay in this range with chance of showers thru the weekend. We are breezy; leaves and pine needles are falling and making for a thick ground cover which is scary when the state is this dry.

We need a strong storm system to blow thru with the moisture we need to solve our drought situation.

@CrazyKittyLvr2 Yes...I am also in NE PA. The weather today was beautiful. I voted early and then ran errands. Tomorrow I am also headed to central PA to see my brother who is traveling from Pittsburgh to meet me in State College. Maybe I'll see you on the road. 😊. I'm Just thankful that the weather is so nice for traveling.

Your post made me wonder where we stand now with our drought after 24 hours of rain. I just checked the local weather site and our county's burn ban as now been lifted. Hopefully the next three days of rain that is expected we will get some more. I pray your area does as well, it as been an incredible dry spell.

77 degrees and sunny in SE MD and I'm loving my day off in the sun! Forecast is almost 80 next 2 days. No heat, no a/c for a while now. Only bad element, we can't burn a pit fire and the nights are perfect for it. Burn ban still in effect.

@CrazyKittyLvr2 Yes...that's what I hear. Just talked to my brother yesterday and he and my sister-in-law were loving the weather. I think she was baking her world famous pizzelles to bring for me🤗🤗🤗.
I really miss living in the Pittsburgh area. At least I had 40 happy years there. I'm glad my brother is still there so I can visit as often as possible.

The entire state of WV is under a burn ban right now. I don't think we've burned anything outside since April, even tho our burn area is a wide open, bare ground, safe space to burn when allowable. We need a slow moving, rainy system to wet us down to a deep level to take away our high fire risk.

It is expected to reach 81° here in the Southern California Desert today with the temps for the rest of the week in the 70's and overnight in the 40s. The weather is beautiful this time of the year!

We had an absolutely beautiful day today. Temps in the high 70's, clear blue skies and a nice breeze wafting through. Add that to the gorgeous tree colors and you couldn't ask for more!
