AMAZON PRIME SALES?

I probably only purchase something on Amazon about once a year. I much prefer Ebay.

I'm getting all sorts of email ads for Prime sales, and am not sure what they want. Is this to entice you to join their Prime .... or is this just for current Prime members?

i don't know what you get, but the emails I received actually didn't clarify that. I'm sure someone here knows the facts.

Anyone? TIA!

@Tinkrbl44 I always buy from Amazon, rarely from e-bay. I bought a new stick vacuum today, some facial cleaner, new mop heads for my spin mop, and a few other small items.

There are some reallly good buys and what is best about Amazon, if I am not happy with it, I go down to the UPS store a mile and a half away and send it back almost always free, usually don't even have to box it up! Now that is service!

I order regularly from Amazon. I got fantastic deals today on my usuals. Great savings. I could use a new tv, but I'll wait until cyber Monday for that.

Both! The sale prices are only for Prime members, but they're hoping when you see what great deals they have you'll sign up and pay for Prime.

Today purchased a 7 quart Hamilton Beach Crockpot for my SIL anniversary. For me, extra large exercise mat to use under my chair for my cubii and my chair exerciser, organizer for drinking cups, lids, straws, paper plates and napkins. I compared prices with the Walmart deals for the next few days and Amazon had the best prices.

I buy a lot from Amazon....dog food, dog treats, coffee, car parts for DH, hearing aid batteries, baking ingredients, kitchen stuff and the list goes on.

I prefer Amazon because I do not have to tip the delivery people. I used to order dog food from a pet store and it used to come UPS. Then they started to use grubhub or some other delivery service. No, I am not tipping.

The stores do not carry the dog food I use in their local stores, or I'd just go get it myself.

Today I checked to see if anything I needed was reduced...nope.

I ordered a gallon of castor oil...how exciting and not on sale, but I needed it ( for my lawn)

I bought a TV for my bedroom. I didn't want one in the bedroom when hubs was alive since he was a night owl and I had to wake up early for work. Now I think I might enjoy it. Less than 80$ so I thought i'd give it a try.

I also buy a lot from Amazon! Paper goods, some food items, all my OTC meds and some misc, household goods, clothing, etc!

Prices are good and can't beat their delivery.

We have centers near here and overnight delivery, even few hour delivery are available to us.

@Tinkrbl44 Amazon fan here, no interest in Ebay. I recently placed an order on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. Never any problem.

We're Amazon Prime folks as well, gets here fast and if there is a problem returning it is hassle free, and the credit shows up immediately!

I snagged some laundry pods at good prices, a couple of La Roche face washes, and some cleaning things. I am on a cleaning rampage now, scrubbing bathroom floor, dusting books and everything, and washing windows! Oh and some Crest Whitestrips!

I did not even think about Lancer products. My go to for work is the Dani by Lancer. I opened my last bottle yesterday. I am thinking should I purchase now or wait to see if it goes on sale for the Christmas season.

I forgot to add that I am a huge Amazon fan. Last week I had five items come in. I use to shop at eBay as well, but too many issues during COVID and I soured on them.

I am an Amazon Prime member, but only because I order a lot and being a Prime member makes the shipping free. There are other benefits to being a Prime member, like free access to tens of thousands of movies and television series that are no longer on tv. You can watch them right on your Kindle. Also, I get to choose from a curated list of books every month, that are free and I can keep them, as in a download, or read them and delete them. If a person get food assistance, such as SNAP or EBT, ( formerly known as Food Stamps, the annual rate to join Amazon Prime is drastically reduced! Prime Days is a perk for members to get really great prices on any and everything a person could want to buy and many folks wait for this sale to buy for Christmas, or purchase more expensive items as the sales prices are very good. Hope this helps.

They are offering 12 cans in many, many flavors.way more than QVC has ever offered for between $18 and $20.

I love Amazon! They have the best C/S, you can find anything on there and their return policy is unbelievable!
I had bought a Keurig from Amazon 11 months ago and it broke down. I contacted Keurig and they wouldn't honor my warranty because I bought it through Affirm which is like a credit card. Anyway, I showed Keurig that I bought it through Amazon, provided everything they wanted and they still refused to offer me a replacement or a refund so I contacted Amazon and they refunded my money!

By the way, that was my 3rd Keurig in 8 years, 1 was for an upgrade. After the experience I had with Keurig and their customer service, I will never ever purchase another Keurig again

@Tinkrbl44 I'm a Prime member and I buy some things from Amazon, but I always check prices on Walmart, Target and eBay before ordering from Amazon. As for the Prime Day sales, I've never seen anything that I've wanted or needed, I guess I'm not the audience they target.
