HAVE YOU EVER USED A LANGUAGE APP?

Back when I was in school, I took a semester of Latin and 2 1/2 years of Spanish.

I still remember some words, some of the time, from both languages.

Anyway, I'm looking for an App that will help me re-remember Spanish. (Good for the brain cells, and all that)

I'm NOT looking for a comprehensive language program because I'm moving to another country.

A neighbor had read about one called Duolingo, but I don't know what are the important considerations and have nothing to compare it to.

All suggestions and feedback welcome. TIA!

My sister and her husband winter in Mexico. She got me interested in Duolingo and it is really fun! It seems very elementary, while at the same time amazing at how easy it is to grasp these simple lessons.

I recommend you give it a try!

I used Babble a few years ago to try to learn some basic French words for a trip. If you can pick up languages easily, I would recommend them. For someone who struggles, they quickly go to conversations in the lessons and I had a hard time with those.
