    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use Paypal either drawn against your bank account or on a debit card, all refunds go to Paypal and you then must designate on your Paypal account to transfer the money either to your bank balance or to your debit card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What fries me with QVC is they only take Paypal that settles through your bank account or debit card.&amp;nbsp; That's a very dangerous transaction because while Paypal is secure, the merchant may not be and somehow hackers can get to your credit/debit card on Paypal by hacking the transaction on the fly because the merchant has a crappy system.&amp;nbsp; Since that started happening I now only use my Paypal Credit which is a digital credit card.&amp;nbsp; That completely protects me from that type of hacking. In fact EVERYTHING I buy online is either via Amazon or through Paypal credit.&amp;nbsp; I'm protected for every fraud over $50.&amp;nbsp; But QVC has apparently decided to not honor Paypal Credit but would rather place customers at risk of using the old Paypal processing through their bank account.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they think that pushes their customers to their Synchrony Card...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I returned 2 items to be credited back to my card through PayPal. &amp;nbsp;Instead the money went into my "PayPal account" where you can then have a check mailed back to you. &amp;nbsp;It has only happened 2 or 3 times. &amp;nbsp;The rest of the returns go right back to my credit card. I called 2 times but cannot get a straight answer. &amp;nbsp;They tell me to call my card customer service. Anyone else experience this?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't use PayPal for this reason. I have also found that if you buy online and use PayPal and then return the item to the store you don't get your money back very quickly as when you use your card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You can transfer the money from your PayPal account to your &amp;nbsp;checking account or debit card if you have that info in their system.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;There is no need to wait for a check. &amp;nbsp;That's what I do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I also have had the money returned to my CC, but I mostly use my debit card or checking account to buy items with &amp;nbsp;PayPal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the difference.&amp;nbsp; If you use your bank account the processing for either the payment or the refund is ACH processing.&amp;nbsp; Debit cards can be set up to be used like a credit card processing through VISA or MasterCard.&amp;nbsp; However, if you have a debit card issued by your bank that is not associated with either VISA or Mastercard, it acts like cash and processes via ACH.&amp;nbsp; That's why it takes 3-5 days AFTER you request transfer to your bank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you paid with a credit card, that is where the refund goes back to. Maybe PP told you to contact your CC company because they might be slower at posting your refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
