    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay is even worse. I ordered some T-shirts and the vendor sent me T-shirtd that were 4 sizes too small. After going round-and-round with the vendor Ebay sided with the vendor and said that they shipped me the correct sized T-shirts. I had to get my CC company involved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Without going into too much detail, here is the situtation.&amp;nbsp; Our company sells products on Amazon, all day, every day.&amp;nbsp; There is something that we sold for $130.00.&amp;nbsp; The Amazon customer received the product, opened it all up, and took out select items that he wanted, and then returned the rest to us.&amp;nbsp; We took photos and reported the situation to Amazon.&amp;nbsp; What we got back is now worthless to us because it was opened.&amp;nbsp; Amazon refunded the customer anyway, thus robbing us of $130.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened before to us, but always on a much smaller scale.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes Amazon sides with us, sometimes not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This really burns me up.&amp;nbsp; All I want to say is that some people really s u c k.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/21661"&gt;@Puppy Lips&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So sorry!!&amp;nbsp; So UNFAIR !!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Happened to me on ebay using my niece's account.&amp;nbsp; I had the original Ojon mist to sell.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sold fast of course, buyer stole the contents and filled it w/ water ..claimed I even stole the pictures from another seller!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Pics were taken ON my kitchen table.&amp;nbsp; Sent ebay QVC receipt, sent them pics of my entire kitchen showing bottle was ON my placements....and that my bottles were filled w/ original true product.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Ebay sided w/ seller....we lost the sale AND had to pay to get back the bottles which we now discovered were filled w/ water, thus losing my OJON besides!&amp;nbsp; Double loss.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;He lied a bad review on my niece.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;We later discovered he pulled this scam on others....leaving reviews he got false product, every time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Gosh, is there anyway you can appeal?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The very reasons that buyers love Amazon sometimes hurt the 3rd party sellers. &amp;nbsp;It's a slippery slope for Amazon. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have received products that had been tampered with and received a second shipment or a refund. &amp;nbsp;Amazon practically has no choice but to cater to customers as their own products (not 3rd party) depend on that level of customer service. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Having said that, I'd assume there's a certain amount of shrink acceptable when one sells through Amazon. &amp;nbsp;It's terrible that something like this happens, but a physical store risks shoplifting, I guess this is the online equivalent. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;We did report the guy.&amp;nbsp; But who knows if that does any good.&amp;nbsp; It does not restore our product to the original condition or give us our money back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Amazon does not care about the third party sellers. They cater to the customers first and always.&amp;nbsp; As long as Amazon gets their money, and the FEES and percentages from third party sellers, they don't care.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;We have our own website for some products, and it is extremely difficult to get any traction there.&amp;nbsp; Amazon is just too big of a beast.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We buy a lot from Amazon, every week several packages arrive from them but I did not ever think about the sad part of dealing with the suppliers and how they can lose. It seems that there should be some sort of arbitration for the sellers to seek protection from such abuse. I would hope that Amazon tracks their problem customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I'm feeling really guilty now, I bought a window air conditioner that had the size incorrect in the description, when it arrived it was too large to fit the window opening. I contacted Amazon to return it but was told I could not due to the refrigerant. I was then told to keep it or donate it but they refunded me immediately. I bet I cost that company whatever they had paid for the air conditioner.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I contacted Amazon to return it but was told I could not due to the refrigerant. I was then told to keep it or donate it but they refunded me immediately. I bet I cost that company whatever they had paid for the air conditioner.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/285282"&gt;@We rescue cats&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Well that was the company's fault for having bad info about their product.&amp;nbsp; But, yes, I am sure they lost out.&amp;nbsp; We buy from Amazon too.&amp;nbsp; We resisted for many years, but sometimes their prices and convenience can't be beat.&amp;nbsp; We bought ourselves new cell phones yesterday.&amp;nbsp; In the afternoon I picked out a case on Amazon.&amp;nbsp; It was at my front door before 9:00 AM this morning.&amp;nbsp; That is close to insane in my mind, that it was delivered in like 18 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually it was the customer you have the issue with, not Amazon.&amp;nbsp; You choose to sell through Amazon site you have to accept that complaints may not go your way.&amp;nbsp; If you are not happy with Amazon's resolutions perhaps other platforms would work better for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The opens were cut open, the guy took the specific ones that he wanted from each package, and returned the rest, saying that it came like that.&amp;nbsp; The kid is a thief and he knew exactly what he was doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
