Today I was working remotely. My printer ran out of ink. I ordered some from Amazon. Guess what 3 hours later, it is here. It arrived before I needed to print!

Good thing it was not shipping through the Q, you would still be out of ink by next Saturday😉 Love "A" for so many reasons but mostly their timeliness!

@occasionalrain I completely agree with this. I judge all retailer customer service by Amazon, from beginning to end.

On the flip side of this, Amazon's workers are monitored and are worked to death. I have a young family member that works in a warehouse and is constantly feeling stressed.

I love that we no longer have to run out to the store when we notice we need something.

I used to order ink from Staples as there was no delivery fee but that changed about a month or two ago. I now get it from Walmart+ (I don't have Prime). Arrives in hours and no delivery fee.

Millions of people are not paying QVC an annual fee to receive an order the same day. I have received orders from Amazon next day and others never arrived.
