I have brought a gift when I am invited to see someone's new home or apartment but I don't think I ever attended an actual party.

My daughter is the contractor for her brother-in-law's and sister-in-laws new build. And that just got me to wondering about a housewarming party. I haven't been invited to one in decades. Maybe everybody I know is already settled in a house. That would make sense I guess. When is the last time you've been to a housewarming party?
