      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter is the contractor for her brother-in-law's and sister-in-laws new build. And that just got me to wondering about a housewarming party. I haven't been invited to one in decades. Maybe everybody I know is already settled in a house. That would make sense I guess. When is the last time you've been to a housewarming party?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
