My daughter recently purchased and had delivered from Walmart what is called a walking pad. She wanted something she could slide under her couch if she wanted but she's leaving it out along the wall and a windowsill where she can set the remote on. By leaving it out she could get on it whenever she wanted. She was using it 3 times a day.

Many years ago I had a manual treadmill that could fold flat and slide under a bed, but I thought that method of storing was counterproductive. I found myself using it more frequently when I set it up in a permanent place and left it ready for use. Some of the things I have seen presented as being able to fold and slide under a bed look too big for that unless you have a very high bed frame.

Just to clarify. I want to set things up so the room is mainly for exercise but want it to double as a guest room when needed. Thus, the ability to slide things under the bed would be helpful and want to hear what items/brands have been satisfactory.

ROFLOL I thought this might be a new thing. It really would be hard to exercise under the bed let alone on equipment. (I need to be admitted.) ROFLOL.

If we stored exercise equipment under the bed it would not get used.

We have a Bowflex, Proform Hybrid recumbent exercise bike/elliptical. I also have a Pilates chair. We have this in one of our bedrooms with a TV.

DH uses the other room as his man cave.

We no longer have a spare bedroom for guests. We do have hotels. LOL!!!
