all goes well with your dental surgery and that you have a quick recovery.

Do you have soft and cold foods like ice cream,

yogurt and cottage cheese? Popsicles and juice bars are good to have too. I get Outshine bars, made with real fruit and juice.

They come in great flavors, lemon, lime, pineapple and watermelon.

How about Jello?

I am nervous about tomorrow. I'm washing all my favorite pajamas and housecoats lol. I do have a lot of soft foods and popsicles, but I completely forgot about jello. Thank you for the reminder. Thank you for your kindness and concern too. I really appreciate that.😃❤️❤️

I am excited to finally be getting it started, but nervous at the same time. As I brushed my upper teeth this morning, I thought how this would be one of the last times my 'real' teeth would be there.

Lol, I'm not a big fan of the dentist office either. I am glad to be getting started fixing my teeth though. The surgeon did send in a prescription of 10 Valium. I'll be taking one in the morning before I go.😃❤️
