Favorite Lunch

I had my favorite sandwich for lunch, lower sodium turkey breast, butter lettuce, fresh tomato slice and bacon on a toasted ciabatta roll. I could seriously eat this every day. What is your favorite sandwich or lunch meal ? 🥓🍅🥖🍗

My fave especially in summer is BLT with the home-grown ripe tomatoes!

Plain old white bread, mayo, salt and pepper and thick slices of warm off the vine tomato, eaten over the sink to catch the drips.

Jalapeno hummus on toasted french bread. 1st place

Jalapeno hummus on Ezekiel bread. 2nd place

Avocado toast with bruschetta on top (from an in-town restaurant).

Toasted white bread, tomato slices, mayo, salt & pepper. Sadly, can't eat it often because tomatoes make my face feel hot & flush bright red.

Boar's Head Firesmith chicken, baby Swiss cheese, butter, along with bacon & onion jam on Everything Sourdough. Delicious!

While I'm here......and before I forget, I sprinkle bacon bits into my mayo.

For a BLT sandwich with added lettuce.

......That's when I don't have real bacon.

My favorite is pastrami on toasted rye, with mustard, tomato, lettuce.

I like a grilled cheese on multi grain bread, Muenster Cheese, buttered and done in the air fryer. I like them so much I often have one for dinner along with salad.

Grilled cheese on sourdough (use mayo NOT butter on the outside) with tomatoes and cheddar

Big salad with roasted vegetables, rice, beans, red onion, spring greens or kale, blue cheese or feta, pumpkin seeds, dressing changes depending on what I want.

I literally had to swallow hard from my mouth watering after reading this. I am not exaggerating. ( i would mayo instead of butter but thats me)

I recently discovered pot stickers, so I've been having 4 or 5, depending on the size. I fry them in EVOO. Not as healthy a lunch as some of you, but it'll pass. {*_*}
