It is sold nationwide at various stores (examples - Kroger, Sprouts, Harris Teeter, Publix, smaller grocery stores).

You can go to the Boar's Head website and look up places on the store locator.

Black Forest Ham and Black Forest Turkey are sold by Boar's Head. "Black Forest" historically refers to "a variety of dry-cured smoked ham produced in the Black Forest region of Germany." Thanks Google!
