Julie is now 84 and looks beautiful.

She left LA in 2016, the same time she left acting. She moved back home to the UK.

She's always been one of my favorite actors.

I don't know about that as I don't watch Lori from Logo. But Julie Christie was a beauty. Lori? Not so much.

@tansy I think I do see a very slight resemblance to Lori G. I think it's her eyes? Maybe her smile?

She is aging beautifully (whether or not she has had work done) to me. I always loved watching her, especially in Far From the Madding Crowd and Dr. Z

I love Thomas Hardy's books. Don't remember this movie, but I'm pretty sure I read it. Have read most all of his books.

Julie was quite the it gal back in the 70's.

She had a very long relationship with Warren Beatty. She was in the movie Shampoo.
You're probably from a younger generation than myself and many on this forum. Great actress.

She was very pretty and popular back in the day. She made some really good movies, too. She does seem to be aging well. Good for her!

Yes, I also really enjoyed the movies she stared that you have mentioned . The cinematography for Dr Zhivago was magical. She and Warren Beatty had the chemistry in the western comedy movie " McCabe and Mrs Miller ".

I've forgotten the names of so many stars which starred in Dr Zhivago, Geraldine Chaplin was Omar Shariff's wife in it.

She was so beautiful, she still is. I was so enthralled with her when she was played opposite Omar Sharif in Dr. Zhivago!

( w/ Peter Finch, Terence Stamp, Alan Bates)

It seems to have been a bit less known movie to many. Maybe because of the story line? Little dark-ish? But great acting, great story, all round
