Celine Dion Magnificent!!!!

Dion performed “L’Hymne à l’amour” by the French singer Édith Piaf. She was beyond magnificent, powerful voice..................she achieved her wish and was in total control. I don't know how she was able to achieve this and to be able to sustain it. I was so grateful to see this. Contrary to rumors, she was NOT paid for this performance.

Oh my gosh........Breathtaking performance.

Beginning with the silver faux horse gliding down the Siene River at night........Then, the real white horse......and then all that fantastically happened all the way to the finale.

The best Olympics ceremony I've ever seen.

Try to find a repeat of this show on a channel.

How'd that happen? She's in ROUGH ROUGH, horrible Pain, hardly mobile shape??? It must have taken an enormous effort. I wouldnt even have thought possible.

My gosh, I HAVE to find her performance somewhere.

I had a Program of hers saved in my former DVR. But when I moved recently, I had to turn that DVR in, and lost that program. She sang ALL her best hits, full versions. I dont think I even breathed watching that program of hers.

Hopefully she will continue to be able to make appearances if she chooses to. I would have never known she has a serious illness by the way she performed.

I'm sad to hear about your late friend. Looks like a horrible, painful disease. I've seen numerous programs with Celine abt her illness. Must have been really really difficult to be her friend during this, & watch her go thru it.

I have a disease that's considered of the SPS family of diseases.

Gosh, they're all so young! I remember those days

They have their entire life ahead of them... Amazing to think of that. And they participated in, &/or attended the Olympics! so kewl

Im too impatient. I cant wait thru all this for Celine. Im going to YT, see if she's there. Then see her again on TV here.
