I took the item packed in a sealed box and went to the post office.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;Two things-why don't they enclose a return label with our purchase anymore?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;And is the social team still in business? They used to answer me right away, or at least the same day. Now they aren't. I have depended on them to get things done and they've never failed to answer!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the labels are with the bill you get----they are peel and stick, usually for both UPS and USPS or you can print them from online. Don't know about the social team--I can live chat when I need to. I don't use social media other than here so I don't know about that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been ordering a lot lately and always receive a return label. &amp;nbsp;It might be hard to spot - it's with the invoice/receipt that comes with the order -have to separate them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I emailed the social team recently and was answered almost immediately. &amp;nbsp;Easy Pay reply by email isn't as quick but it comes eventually.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36123"&gt;@Judaline&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;No return labels has been discussed quite a bit on these boards.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;QVC is NOT the only company that may not include a packing slip OR a return slip.&amp;nbsp; I never get them from Wally, Amz, Target and the majority of other online sites I shop.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Any returns have to be handled online, on my phone, scan this, scan that, QER code etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It is the way of it now, even though it may not seem user friendly to us.&amp;nbsp; It is to the majority of the population.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Many items are shipped directly from the vendor and not the QVC warehouse.&amp;nbsp; They many not have access to the same system.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It is a COST savings and a waste of paper.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I wanted an invoice for everything I ordered...and I order a lot.&amp;nbsp; Then I saw the massive pile of paperwork I was tossing/recycling at the end of every month.&amp;nbsp; Yikes, so unnecessary&amp;nbsp;since I really only need an invoice IF I am returning, which I do not do very often.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Not all of us have a printer at home, but unfortunately, if we want to survive and thrive in this new techno world...we should get one.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I haven't had any issues w/ not receiving a response to emails to the Social Team.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The space for it was there but it was empty.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;The good news is!!!! They must read our forum because shortly after I wrote my complaint, Bam!!! CSR is very good about helping customers have what they need to return the package to QVC in a timely fashion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes those labels are MIA during shipping! It happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The Social Team is not answering me either. &amp;nbsp;It's been five days and no response. &amp;nbsp;Too bad, because I too relied on them and they used to quickly respond. &amp;nbsp;Not anymore.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Also, I had an item that was lost in the mail. &amp;nbsp;I ended up calling and a replacement was sent, then the original item was received. &amp;nbsp;I tried to go through the system to return the duplicate order and it said there was no USPS or UPS near me and I couldn't go any further. &amp;nbsp;The post office and ups is five minutes from my house. &amp;nbsp;At this point I feel like just keeping it since no help seems to be available.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The social team has other duties besides these forums. &amp;nbsp;They're also not the first line of customer service, so when one says they depend on them to get things done that has always been a bonus for being here and knowing about them. &amp;nbsp;When there is an issue they try to help out quickly, but July and August are big vacation months so maybe they're shorthanded right now. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;For as long as I've been here there has only been a handful of names of social team members....maybe 5 or 6? &amp;nbsp;Add a vacation and they probably have to cover a lot. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
