Is it just me????

I realize that some posters are posting from iPads and the print comes out very small. To add to that, there are no paragraphs, which I guess is another problem.

There are some posts that I would really love to read but unfortunately can't, because it's very hard on the eyes.

Is there any other solution? Is it just me?

i just increase my font size if i have trouble reading a post. CTRL + keys pressed down at the same time.

On a Mac it's Command and +.

Use Control and mouse wheel together to increase or decrease font size. I do it all the time.

Thank you very much. My husband showed me this quite awhile back but I forgot about it. I just did it and it's great.......

sunshine, do you mean I should do CTRL + to read or should the poster do that so others can read?

PS: Would it be CTRL Shift + ? And does it go back to normal for the next post?

Hi, Scotty! Hold down the CTRL key. Then depress the "plus sign" as many times as you want -- each time you'll zoom in more. To zoom back out, hold down the CTRL key and hit the "minus sign" (hyphen). (The CTRL and 0 (zero) combo one time should take the screen to its default size.)

I've posted this before, but in case someone wants to try it out:

You can enlarge and format your text on your iPad or iPhone, but you have to include HTML tags.

It's hard to show it exactly without the website trying to format my instructions, but I'll give it a try.

Basics:

If you want the text to be larger, start your post by typing < p >

but leave out the spaces before and after the letter "p".

If you want to create paragraphs, start each one with < p > and at the end of each paragraph type < /p >

(again, you need to leave out the spaces before and after "p" and "/p").

These are called HTML tags. You can use others to create any special effects you want, including bold, italic, underlined, varied font sizes, even colored text. Just do an Internet search for lists of commonly used HTML tags.

You can also set up keyboard shortcuts for these tags, to simplify your typing.

I hope that's clear. Frankly, I think it's time for QVC to update the Community so no one needs to program their own text.

tansy, I know -- it's a pain to type in the HTML tags.

You can set them up as shortcuts (go to Settings--->General--->Keyboard) so they become simpler keystrokes. But QVC really should update the website.

I also will not/cannot read a post that should be broken up with a couple of paragraphs. Things that just go on and on at length are just not worth the time. Sorry!
