I only occasionally shop HSN, but recently I bought two Nina Leonard tops. In fact, I haven't received them yet.

This morning I received an email from HSN that there was a price drop on those tops, of almost $17 each!

I did a live chat, and as fast as I could type, the price difference was credited back to my CC. So fast and easy.

I was pleasantly surprised and my hats of to HSN.

I love that HSN price differences are given with no hassle. Even if the item has not shipped they will honor the price difference and if an item goes on clearance no problem, price adjustments with no argument.

Good to know. Thanks! Years ago, probably about 15 years ago, I tried that with DG jeans, and HSN customer service refused to allow a price adjustment. It was only one day after the purchase. That experience cut down my purchases from them even up to now.

HSN has great customer service! I always do a live chat and agree, price adjustments or any other issue they take care of right away.

I have not shopped on the Q in over 12 years but HSN is a staple in my life, good deals, coupons, great clearance prices, and yes, good CS

HSN has great customer service. And they resolve things much quicker than QVC does including returned items!! I also like their many coupon offers even though I do not always use them.

I love and shop frequently with HSN for all of the reasons given above. I've never had an issue with HSN's Customer Service issuing a credit for a price reduction, as long as it was within a 30 day time period of purchase.

Much prefer HSN and watch the channel a lot more than QVC for many, many reasons.

Yes there are many reasons it's more watchable.

I always like it when they do the Five in Five. Five items at a good price featuring one per minute.

There was a time, many years ago, that I thought QVC had the most professional host of all the shopping channels I received. Boy have those times changed.

Now wouldn't you think that if HSN can do that, QVC could as well since they are under the same ownership? Yes, I'm sure they have different leadership but, seriously....

I ordered a top using a $20 off coupon on June 9 i'm still waiting for delivery🤦‍♀️. I wanted to take on cruise this weekend guess that won't happen🤬
