George Strait had a concert at Texas A&M's Kyle Field (the football stadium) that set the all-time attendance record for any concert in American history. 110,905 fans attended.

Good for him! BTW, I thought he had retired from the road. My cousin was trying to get to one of his farewell tour concerts a few years ago. Maybe I have him confused with someone else.

He's the king of music. A southern Ca resident I've been lucky to have seen him in concert live seven times. He doesn't have lights or fireworks, he just sings. I have 6 jackets from his concerts.
