      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Try taking it into a store and when they say no ask to speak to a manager.&amp;nbsp; A few years go when they made it so that you couldn't return a last act item I was in line when a lady in front of me got upset and asked to speak to a manager, the manager allowed the return.&amp;nbsp; Especially if its not a lot of money they should say okay just to not have to deal with you lol.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If you have the receipt or do e-receipts I'd make the return asap and in person. They'll probably take the return as a courtesy. They have done this for me. I do e-receipts and leave the tags on if I'm not sure I'll keep something. BTW...I love e-receipts. No more fumbling through paper receipts. So convenient!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I think they are strict. Maybe it depends on the store. I was a couple days after and they refused to credit my account. I asked to speak to a Manager and she eventually just gave me a store credit. Btw- my item was returned w/ tags attached and perfect selling condition.</description>

Sometimes they have said no.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry but then to ask for the manager to override the associate that followed the rules by telling me no would never happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I worked in retail &amp;amp; we were told how to handle situations. Then to have someone throw a fit &amp;amp; have the manager give in to them would frustrate me. I knew it was manipulation by the customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So nice people that asked &amp;amp; accepted we "punished" by having to keep something that they weren't happy with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pushy, demanding customers that wanted their way got "rewarded" by having their return accepted.
