I accidentally returned something which I thought was included in the code. I now see it was given separate code. I contacted UPS already packaged for A return. I am traveling or I would go back to store rather than call again

But the live chat has all those suggested topics and if yours is not one of them, you are SOL. I had a problem with a gift card that I purchased to be credited to her account. I gave them the wrong name. She is by Ann on Amazon and I called her Glenda for 40 years. I did not know that she goes by her middle name on Amazon. It was like going through Congress to get anything done, 5 days of trying

You go to help and contact customer service. (You can Google it and it’ll take you right to it)
Scroll to need more help.
It will bring up items you have purchased and you click on the one you having a problem with.
It will give you an option and customer service will call you.
I’ve done it several times. Always got issue resolved.

In my experience on issues with Amazon orders I have always used the 'Live Chat' and had good prompt results.

I just called last night as they sent me the wrong item. Used

You will get a recording, they ask if you want a text, I said no. I kept repeating I want a person and finally I did get a rep. who was very helpful.

I used the same 800 number this week, I said NO to the texts too and got a live agent right away, it really was painless.
