If you wanted to try a Blackstone griddle, but didn't want to spend the money $$$$$?

Aldi's has a similar griddle available on June 5 - June 11 in their stores.

I have a Blackstone and use it a lot. These griddles are worth it, but you can't go wrong with an imitation, especially at this price.

If you need the assessories, they sell them too...at a great price.

Is this for use outside, like on a patio? Doesn't seem like something for the kitchen.

@monicakm I wish I had my griddle first. We own three Weber gas grills...one at home, one on our boat and one at our summer place.

We hardly use the grills anymore. We are at our summer place now. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on the griddle. It is so much easier to use and less work to clean up.

I really thought I wanted a Blackstone but every time I was ready to buy one I'd talk myself out of it. We have a Ninja grill/griddle/air fryer thing and have only used the griddle feature once or twice. I usually roast our veggies in the oven unless it's something that gets steamed. Grilled onions, fried eggs, etc. are easy to do in a skillet on the stove. I don't need new apparatus to do that. Since I got the Ninja, several years ago, even our Weber hasn't seen the light of day.

My brother has something like this type of griddle--he takes it camping mostly. I have the outdoor griddle./ smoker and it comes with a griddle plate. I use it many times a week for many types of food and am completely thrilled with it and just need to plug it in.

I just want to point out that this seems like a nice product for anyone without a gas grill looking for a cooking option for those times when the power goes out.

@monicakm Just so you know, Blackstone makes one small like the one above. DH bought one from Lowes during their Black Friday sale last year.
