I believe that good Anti Aging skin care, as well as sun preventative care do have long lasting cumulative effects. Be sure to use them on your neck and upper chest too.

It depends if you used good skin care and spf through the years. Your neck and hands will be the same as your face then. If you didn’t you might be able to turn it around some with neck and hand creams but it takes time if you didn’t any pay attention to those areas all along. 🤗

The only product that has ever been labeled by the FDA as 'anti-aging' is the drug Retin-A. It's the one and only science-backed treatment for wrinkles and other age-related issues. All other creams and potions cannot do what it does and the FDA has your back on that one.

Well good skin runs in our family. I was using Isomers than stopped using it. All I was doing was washing my face for several years. Sometimes I would apply moisturizer. About 3 months ago I started using Dr. Gross peel pads since I have used them in the past so I know they don't bother my skin like a lot of those products do. I have been using it with moisturizer past 3 months.

Just saw my doctor plus had labs. The nurse asked me my name & DOB. After I told her the info she said was that 1968. I said no 1958 is correct. She said you don't look that age? I had a previous doctor leave the room to go get my chart when he already had it?

A lot of anti aging skin care either has the Retin A or Tretinoin in it without you needing to get a prescription from your Derm Dr for it. That Whish skin care brand that’s at the Q claims Bakuchiol oil (? Spelling) is the equivalent to Retin A, but time will tell on that anti aging skin care line.

I read an article that stated more women then ever are using SPF daily (year round) on their face, neck and hands. Times have changed and prevention is where it’s at now. Some are even wearing clothing and hats with sun protection built in.

Over 90% of photoaging is due to the harmful rays of the sun.

Anti aging is not real. It's a gimmick term. We all age every day and don't stop until we pass.

If we want to keep our skin in good looking condition, we need to keep it away from the damaging sun. We can do this with sun screen, clothing, UV blocking glass, etc.

The sun does more damage than time. Also drinking of alcoholic beverages, smoking of cigarettes and weed, a dirty environment, lack of proper nutrition, and some drug use will also damage the skin.

There is no magic cream or products to anti age anyone. Some people will always look older than their actual age no matter what they do and some people never seem to get older due to genetics or sun protection. (or surgical procedures)

We should all be protecting ourselves from the sun, not because we will look older, but because we can get skin cancer. Cancer is not a great way to stop the aging process, but it can be most effective.

My father passed at almost age 86. He had the most beautiful hands. He definitely looked his age, but his hands were those of a man in his 20's.

I hoped to inherit that gene. My hands still look young, but not 20. So, I use sunscreen. It doesn't anti age me, but keeps my skin spot and wrinkle free.

The loss of skin tone is another matter. Only surgery will fix that.

There is value in taking care of facial skin but no one in their 60s and beyond is going to look like they're in their 40s or even 50s without professional work.

There's an 'app' for that. Hand and neck rejuvenation procedures abound.

Because...If you don't start using skincare when you are 30, it won't do much good to start it at 60!!!!

The only person I know that gets Botox is a cousin who gets shots in the head for her awful Migraines.

I read where Botox needs to be done consistently every 3-4 months once you start. You shouldn’t go longer because your muscles will relax even more than if you never got it, because the Botox wears off. It must have been panic when the Pandemic hit and nobody could get it when they needed it and when it could be done I’m sure there must have been a long wait for an appt.

I think skin research and products could be ok and well advanced than Retin A, which FDA approves. It takes FDA ages to approve anything. For instance people who are dying would like questionable drugs they can't have, b/c FDA is not ready yet.

Perhaps our children years from now will have the advantage of all of this.

Skin care unapproved by the FDA, may be far better than Retin A.
