I was attacked today !

I'm still a bit shakey over it ! So I take a walk thru my apartment complex daily to get a bit of exercise and usually there are no problems. I enjoy the breeze. We are on a severe storm watch until about 9 pm tonight but the wind was mild and it felt so nice.

My walk started out fine and after about 10 minutes into my walk I suddenly felt a hit on the back of my right leg ! I jumped and grabed my leg, looked around and didn't see anyone. I kept walking because I was getting close to the leasing office and thought I would go in there for safety and report the attack but before I could get there I was attacked again with something that hit the left side rim of my glasses and my left shoulder ! I decided to turn around and try to get back home. I can't run because of my hx of knee replacements so I tried to move as quickly as I could and thank goodness I got back home and quickly locked my door.

Thank goodness no severe injuries but I will certainly be more prepared the next time I go walking and wear protective gear to be ready for another Cicada Attack !!

Your post is rather humorous😂, but I must admit I thought it to be SERIOUS initially and was very concerned for you as I read it.❤ I was SO happy for the comical ending!😁

@Goodie2shoes It's what I would wear if those creepy bugs were in my area! Ugh!!! I hate their creepy red eyes!

As for the suit, you can dress it up or dress it down, belt it, and wear it with sandals, sneakers or heels. Unfortunately, a half-tuck isn't doable. 😄

Thanks ! I have several pairs of skechers sneakers and I can belt it !

OMG! I was very concerned that you didn't seem to get a look at your attacker's face ... or what they were wearing! Sneakers? A hoodie? LOL!
