Be Weather Aware Today!

There is a really volatile weather outbreak forecast for a lot of the country today. If you are in those areas, please keep posted on weather, have your safe place ready and watch out if traveling!

If you are in or out of the area, pray for those affected if you do that, but in any case--be safe!

@Sooner. Thankfully we don't have tornadoes or hurricanes in the Albuquerque area but it's so dry and windy, the entire state is under a Red Flag Warning for fire danger today.

I noticed yesterday when I was out and up high on the mesa that the air was very smokey and visibility was poor from a couple of forest fires already burning in the state.

We dodged severe storms yesterday here in St. Louis and the weather is beautiful today but they are predicting possible severe weather tomorrow morning by about 4am and then later tomorrow evening. It's been a terrible spring of storms and tornadoes and my heart goes out to those who have lost homes and their lives have been turned upside down. Thank you for this post and for everyone affected by these storms I pray for safety and please stay alert.

Like you, we are in torcon 7 today, again. Unfortunately the storms for Tulsa will be after dark. Ugh!!

We'll get the storm shelter ready, prepare for the worst, and hope for the best.

Now under a severe storm warning.
Radar indicates one line coming thru now ....heading easterly

land another one about 7 pm coming from the NW headed south easterly.

One definitely has to stay updated and informed.

I have heard it is going to be a very bad hurricane season this year.
