      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you should have just kept walking.&amp;nbsp; Whatever was going on with the clicker was none of your concern.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;He probably thought the cashier complained to customer.&amp;nbsp; You might have got her in trouble for something she didn't do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the UPC on the bag of soil had somehow become unreadable by the clicker?&amp;nbsp; I've had that happen on plastic bags that have been torn in the area of the UPC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds about right as far as WalMart goes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I very rarely shop there, but when I do I always feel like I entered a different dimension.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think it was your place to say anything. The less you get involved the better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She can pick up her walkie talkie or whatever they use and call in backup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think you did anything wrong. You were trying to help a checker who was not able to leave her station due to more customers. I worked their part time and it wasn't a picnic. Many customers are not very pleasant. You sound like a caring person and we need more of those people in our world.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As previously stated, there may have been a smudge or rip or even dirt covering part of the sku. &amp;nbsp;That is probably why the scanner didn't pick the item up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would find it hard to believe the cashier was using a defective scanner for a few reasons. &amp;nbsp;First of all, if it wasn't working she wouldn't have tried to use it on the bag. &amp;nbsp;Secondly, no cashier could go an entire shift with a broken scanner. &amp;nbsp;I've rung registers for hours at a time in the past and would have lost it if my scanner didn't work for anything more than a few customers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The store was busy and she had other customers behind me. Can't people just be nice ?? Should I have just kept walking ?
