Check Your Shipping Status

I placed a Quacker Factory order on 4/24, I received a email from QVC yesterday that it had been shipped. I just looked again and it says awaiting carrier pickup as of 4/27. Anyone else having shipping issues ? Just checking, thanks

@Goodie2shoes Same here. I purchased a bronzer last week, several days ago, and the status says that it was shipped. When I click on the tracking, it says awaiting carrier pick up. I talked to customer service and they said that they are not able to track it as it was sent via the post office. And if I don't get it then a few days, they will refund me. There has to be a better way of tracking items.

I've ha a number of places tell me that my item has shipped when all that happened was a shipping label was created.

@Goodie2shoes. Until it fails to appear on your doorstep, there is no issue. That's the normal progression of a package.

Actually, I had a Quacker item ship from the Ontario warehouse last Wednesday and I got it Friday.

@Goodie2shoes This really isn't a shipping issue. I buy from multiple online retailers. All of them will state item is shipped once they create a label. You, yourself, can actually create a label at home.This is what many Ebay sellers do. They will print the mailing slip and then a shipping tracking number is created and I get notified my item has shipped, but only the label has been created.

Most large businesses have the shipper come every day to pick up packages. I would assume yours will be picked up in the next day or two. I've had Ebay sellers hold the item for a week before they take it to the post office.

This has been common practice for quite some time. No worries. I've learned a long time ago not to continue checking the shipping progress. I may check it every 3-4 days, at most.

@Goodie2shoes As others have stated, this is standard. It is not an "issue." To the vendor "shipped" means a label has been created. It may be a couple of days before the item is in transit. No worries.

I have had some strange things happen with shipping also from time to time. Recently I posted about an item that shipped and was progressing to my destination and then all of a sudden it turned around and shipped back to a previous destination. I eventually received it but it was almost comical watching it go up and then back down.

I follow tracking on UPS and see the progression.

Other times I have had different strange things but that was the strangest!

I never watch a package. I wait for it to arrive at my home. No issues with delivery time. Shipping has been good with the Q for me.
