ShopHQ experiences?

We dropped cable a year ago and have been able to get QVC with our over the air antennae. Back in January the station dropped QVC and replaced it with ShopHQ. I'm really enjoying most of the programs and the calmness of the presentations.

I've never ordered anything from them. Has anyone had any experiences with the quality of the items? Shipping issues, etc ?

I have bought a lot over the years and only had one issue, which they resolved quickly. I have always liked them and am rooting for them to succeed.

Today, I bought 11 bunches of Jorge's tulips and peach blossom stems. His home decor is good quality. It is not all my taste, but I find some real gems from him. I also love and have bought a lot of Donna Salyers items. Now, if they would bring in more Waterford, I would be happy. I also have purchased a lot of clothes, jewelry, and handbags.

Over the years I have purchased jewelry, clothes and decorative items. They have had some nice gold pieces long ago, and I still have them. I also bought some gemstone pieces too. They once carried a silver line that was 99% silver, absolutely stunning.

I recently got 2 sweaters after the holidays, They were fine. I am a taller person so I usually can't get pants due to they have limited sizing.

I also have a few Waterford pieces within the last 5 years. Also, until recently they had MacKenzie Childs.

They have a similar return policy like the Q. I have been happy with most items and returns have always been easy. I have returned a few clothing items due to sizing, too short and a few the material was too flimsy.

@CoffeeNut I have ordered many times from them and never had any issues. I do like their calm presentations as well.

I have quite a bit of jewelry from ShopHQ. Really pretty pieces over the years. My pride and joy in an aquamarine and diamond 14 K Gold ring that I got right before gold prices went really high.

I have a lot of silver from Samual B and Passage to Israel.

@CoffeeNut I only buy jewelry from them. I have never tried anything else from them. I do buy gold. Mostly 18K, but some 14K. They also offer 24K and 21K. Stefano Oro Is pretty good for 14K. They are like most places now in price. 6 grams & over is in the $1,000.00 range.They usually show gram weight and method of making. Something QVC does not usually do. They say gold is semi solid, solid or hollow. Gems are better quality then QVC. All shipping is free. I don't like the clothing but it seems to be popular. What i like is they have high end labels. You'll see Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton etc and middle range labels like Coach in bags and glasses. In short, you won't see Lug. They also buy gems from the Tuscan Gem show. Those are mostly silver and cabochon gems. They also offer a lot silver and gold combos. Not gold plating. Just solid gold and silver together. Also their line up of silver designers are better then QVC. Customer Service is OK. Shipping is similar but a little faster then QVC

Their jewelry is a cut above the other networks, I do like Isomers skin care and some from Consult.

I have only bought clothing from ShopHQ. OSO Casuals, Christopher & Banks, One World. Have had no issues with them and now with "free shipping" I may buy more. Loved watching Waterford when Jorge presented. Don't need any more "home decor."

I used to buy a lot of jewelry from them back in the day (90's and earlier this century) when they had great jewelry selections. Also Isomers and some other beauty brands.

I never had a problem with any shipments or returns.

I have made a few purchases this year and they were without mishap. I find that mosts of their hosts are easier to listen to than some of the frenetic blabbermouths found elsewhere. I also hope they are able to turn the corner.

Once I ordered some foundation from there and it was the wrong color. I know what I ordered and I did not make a mistake.

When I called Customer Service they insisted that I ordered the wrong color.

They finally let me exchange it but I never did order anything since then.

@CoffeeNut, hello! Been shopping with them since they were named shopnbc, then shophq, evine n shophq again lol, since around 2010/2011. Used to buy Skinn, Isomers, Elizabeth Grant, Readyto Wear, Lambert Cheng and have purchased some nice clothing items from Oso, One World, Cristopher & Banks etc. Have returned things with no problems. I do agree sometimes shipping takes long, btw still shop there lol.

also like some of Danny Seo's products....

I have ordered many things from Shophq. One World was my go to when Sam Sabora was the designer for them. I purchased many jewelry pieces from Michael V, Passage to Israel. Kate and Mallory and Indigo Thread clothing. I even purchased a couple of Thomas Kinkaid Disney prints. Shophq had so many vendors. Invicta watches which I bought a couple of those too lol. I cannot remember the last time I ordered anything from them due to shipping costs and so many vendors leaving. Customer service has always been great.

I used to buy a lot from ShopHQ. Other than 1 problem over the years, I got tired of their high shipping and return costs. I will have to look at them again.

I started buying from them when they were ShopNBC. 18K galore and prices were great then. Though shey showed many things, the big deal with them was gold. My first 18K omega was from them. 32 grams of it. It sits in the bank now.

Well the gold is high and thin now, but I like the way they present the gold. A toned down QVC. Their voices are softer in pitch. Non of this dancing, laughing, etc.

I have bought a lot of jewelry from them over the years, going back to ShopNBC, then Evine and now ShopHQ.

They give gram weight and disclose diamond color and clarity, which knowing is important to me.
