I need new towels

My towels are several years old, faded, and in shreds.. Does anyone have any suggestions? especially if they're sold at Costco and/or on line from Amazon.

Now that I'm here.......I'm needing some lightweight, quick-drying bath towels.

Not super heavy ones that keep moist and heavy in between washing and drying days.

The best towels I have, that dry quick, are very old, and I would love to have some new lightweight ones.

I use the "Grandeur Hospitality" brand from Costco. They are 100% white cotton.

Since COSTCO no longer has the Charisma brand at stores. I purchased some towels from Amazon that are working out very well for us. My sister recommended them to me when I complained about needing new towels.

Cotton Paradise 6 Piece Towel Set, 100% Turkish Cotton Soft Absorbent Towels for Bathroom, 2 Bath Towels 2 Hand Towels 2 Washcloths, Towel Set

There are multiple colors and options, very absorbent and soft. I did wash them alone prior to using and I only wash towels alone or with bed linens. I purchased sand taupe and white sets, so I have no idea how the more colorful towels hold up color wise.

I like those Charisma towels from Costco too. I wish they'd bring them back.

I have some towels from Lands End that we bought when we built our home in 1988. I still use them. They have gotten a little but thinner, but are not worn out yet.

I also have some Linden Street performance towels from the JC Penny catalog that have lasted many, many years.

I use them in our RV all summer long. They dry super fast and are antimicrobal. They don't stink when they get wet and you hang them up to dry. They have never worn out frayed.

I add a towel or two to my collection every year.

The good news is they are affordable. They do have a bit of poly in them...which I am not crazy about but, they really work well for what I need them for.

Linden Street also has 100% cotton towels that are nice as well...fast drying.

All of my towels are from Costco; they are Charisma brand. Kohls also sells good quality towels.

They still sell the Charisma towels on Costco.com. Great prices on them.

I have the Costco Charisma towels too and they are nice but they are THICK and fluffy.

The ones on COSTCO site are not made of the same material as the original ones sold at the store. IMO they are not great....the original ones were fantastic.

@kate2357 I just bought 2 sets of those towels from Amazon. They are excellent.I bought the sand taupe & a medium grey sets. The grey held up fine in the wash. No fading.

Belk no longer offers the nice tier of Biltmore House towels. I want towels that last in white that can be Cloroxed.

The longer you own them the less they cost

Dillards has a good home brand.

I have purchased the "all design" brand 100% Turkish cotton towels from Amazon and am very happy with them. They are quite large and not super thick. Just a good old fashioned style terry cotton towel.

They fluctuate in price quite a bit so you might want to save them in your cart and just price watch them for awhile if you decide to try them.

I see Bed Bath & Beyond ( now online) is having a big Presidents Day Sale.

Now only online. Free shipping with over $35 and i think they have flat rate shipping under that.

I bought my towels from them because they had the most color selection and i could get 5 sets that matched the different colors is in my showerr curtain.ive not shopped them since they closed brick n mortar stores but i would if i needed towel. Check JC Pennys too.

I always find beautiful, quality, with great pricing at HomeGoods and Marshall's.

Recently got a spa sized bath towel with a few face towels I love...very soft, quick drying (I also hate those types that, for whatever reason in the fabrication, they don't dry you off?!)

It had "Hotel" in the name, I'll have to look that up if you're interested. But any brand, I've gotten all my current sets at both those stores. One set actually matches a pretty shower curtain I got at Marshall's the year before. It's subtley striped, not overly matchy matchy...great quality also.
