Well, I guess this is the last SMQ of the year as well. It appears as if all four hours today will mainly be focusing on health and exercise tips from Kerstin & Jenn C.

It's very typical at this time of year, New Year/New You, to see many health and fitness items. It's been this way since the 1980's on QVC and hasn't changed. This also goes for many other retailers.

It is a good time to think about your health and if needed, make positive changes. Good luck to everyone that are looking to make healthier life changes for the new year.

I don't mind health & wellness shows, but I think it's time to change up the host rotation on Saturday Morning Q.
