These pics were taken from my bedroom window, so I have no idea what the hawk was staring at so intently.

However, soon another one came and then a third.
They stayed for quite some time and then flew away.

I believe I saw a hawk as I was driving on Saturday...near here and flying out of a tree. It was HUGE but o couldn't stop since I was on the go!

So cool! We have alot of hawks in Northern Delaware but they are usually white with brown stripes. I’ve never seen one with that dark coloring before.

Hawks are usually solitary birds, but mated pairs will live together until their baby birds are fully independent.

Looks to me like papa is on the left, mama in the middle, and the baby on the right.

They're Harris's Hawks. I once had a group of 4 of them pause on my back wall about 10-11 years ago (I'm in Tucson) during a hunt. Very big birdies!
