Dolly Parton Dallas Halftime

Did anyone see Dolly Parton's performance at the Dallas Cowboys halftime? I do not watch football, but my husband told me she was in a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader uniform. He showed me a video a few minutes ago that came across his phone. She looked and sounded great! Dolly is 77 years old.

No, I don't watch Football.

My local radio station has been playing Christmas music. They played one that Dolly and Kenny Rogers recorded in 1984 " A Christmas to Remember."

Well, I did not remember hearing that song from long ago .

But it was nice to be reminded of how smooth a voice Kenny Rogers had and another example of Dolly's unique voice.

For the high-energy performance, the iconic signer wore a version of the Cowboys' cheerleader uniform, featuring a white vest with blue stars, a chest-baring blue crop top, and white shorts. While the ensemble gave the appearance of a bare midriff, her belly was actually covered by a totally bedazzled mesh. A crystal star was over Parton's belly button, and more crystals dotted the tights she wore.

Parton kicked off the halftime show with her beloved song "Jolene," later transitioning to another classic, "9 to 5." She also performed her cover of Queen's "We Are the Champions."

We watched Dolly at half time amd she looked as good as the cheer leaders! The older songs were a hit with the crowd. Plus Dallas played great.

Agree with all that she looks fantastic! Great legs.

If you watched closely she seemed unsteady. Maybe the shoes, the wobbly stage but she held onto the backdrop from time to time.

I saw her. Well..... I suppose for her age, she's done wonders with the surgeries she's had to make her look good.

However, I thought the Cowgirls cheerleader outift looked ridiculous on her. She might have worn something more age appropriate and celebrity style. The actual cheerleaders were down stage and they looked lovely and of course younger which had them show her up if you ask me.

Nothing against he women as I've read she's helped out communities through the years.

I saw some behind-the-scenes TikToks from her performance earlier this week. She had someone helping her get out of the car and helping her walk to the stage.

We were just sitting down to eat in a different room then the T.V.. I asked is that Dolly singing? I jumped up to watch briefly, she was singing Jolene, and I don't care how many surgeries that she has had. I hope to look half as good as her when I reach that age.

I just watched the video and I thought it was absolutely wonderful!! Dolly is living her life and entertaining as only she can. Yes, she's had lots of tweaking, and I say "You go girl!" I thought the cheerleading outfit looked amazing on her and she was keeping her sparkling image alive.

Add me to the WOW...just WOW crowd. She was phenomenal and did Freddie proud.

I give her TONS of credit for putting that outfit on surrounded by the Dallas cowboy cheerleaders...that took guts at 77.

As far as the facial work, I always thought Dolly did it better than anyone...a little at a time and unlike a lot of others, she is still recognizable.

I have seen her live many times and once ran into her at Nashville International Airport.
